Why dont you try downloading kdz file for your phone and try fleshing using lg mobile support tool..?

Have You downloaded the firmware by the link above? Also, as I see, You tried to downgrade phone's firmware - there V30 firmware version and You try to write V20.

Try to write firmware on another PC, connect the phone directly to PC motherboard USB port, don't use any USB hubs or PCI USB cards, this is important. If the problem is the same - check phone's HW.

Hang on logo can be solved by just hard resetting your device

1-go to Firmware download mode by pressing volum up+home and inset usb its different from download mode no vol up + vol down and usb cable.

Then follow the thread given below install adb files follow the instructions provided there and type "adb reboot recovey"il in cmd and your phone will be hardreset.
