f310l need imei repair but not connecting

need to repair imei but its showing this

i commected with LG software mode..
even its showing
LG COM 19
LG COM 20

even i install tested from support but still same where i,m doing wrong?

Hello.

Please, try to do the next:

0. Perform "Read Security" operation (make Security backup).
1. Perform "Reset Security" operation.
2. Try to do "Repair IMEI" operation.
3. Post here full Software log and check IMEI.

If after "Repair IMEI" operation, your IMEI become 000... or null, then reflash the phone with another firmware and write First security backup for this device.

dear brother how i can do this steps when device is not ready to connect!

1st i need to connect this device ,
most important think , in this device just one network is not working ...

Please, connect phone in Download (Emergency) Mode manually:

Please, try to do the next:

0. Perform "Read Security" operation (make Security backup).
1. Perform "Reset Security" operation.
2. Try to do "Repair IMEI" operation.
3. Post here full Software log and check IMEI.

If after "Repair IMEI" operation, your IMEI become 000... or null, then reflash the phone with another firmware and write First security backup for this device.

You can try to reflash the phone with another firmware, make sure that You don't downgrade phone's firmware version, downgrade may damage your device, after check phone's work again.
