Hello.

As You can see in the Software, "Reset Screen Lock" button is not available, this means, "Reset Screen Lock" is currently not supported for this device. We will try to add support of "Reset Screen Lock" operation in one of the future Software updates. Currently, You can try to make Factory/Hard reset.

This solution is not working for this phone. And there is no firmware file on support area. Can you upload firmware file on support? Or where to get its firmware to flash the phone?

As You can see, "Write Firmware" button is disabled for this phone, this means, that Write Firmware is currently not supported, that's why there are no firmwares for this device in the Support Area.
