1. Install the latest Software version (Software).
2. Fully charge phone's battery.
3. Put the phone into Emergency/Download Mode manually (disconnect the cable, reconnect the battery, press and hold "Vol+" + "Power ON" buttons and connect the cable).
4. Perform the "Unlock" operation again.
5. Post here the result.

Connect the phone directly to PC Motherboard USB port, don't use any USB hubs or PCI USB extention cards, this is important.
