Disconnect all other devices from PC, re-boot the PC, re-start the phone, connect it directly to another motherboard USB port (don't use any USB hubs, this is important) and try to write firmware again. Try to write firmware on another PC.

Try to perform "Reset Screen Lock" operation and check, whether phone powers on correctly.

write flash same error. Now i am resetting screen lock. But it is very slow. In 1 min 1 percent

After a long patience. Reset screen lock speed is 1.30 min=1% 100%=90 min

Most likely device does not have Screen Lock. Try to reflash the phone with original firmware and flashing tool.
