Hello.

What is the state of your device exactly? Why do You want to write this firmware?

To write firmware, do the next: fully charge phone's battery by using external charger, put the phone into Emergency/Download Mode manually and try to write firmware with phone's boot loaders (check "Write boot loaders" option in the Software). Try to write other firmwares from the Support Area (try to write V20 firmware "LGP705AT-00-V20b-AME-MAY-03-2013+0"). Try to write firmware on another PC. Post here the result.

Connect the phone directly to PC motherboard USB port, don't use any USB hubs or PCI USB extention cards, this is important.
