What is exact state of the phone? Why did You decide to reflash it?

i have around 20 piece IN Diffrent state ,

Sone Stuck on LG logo
Some Are Stuck on Fastboot Mode
Some on Secure Booting error

Try to reflash the phones, which are entering Emergenct/Download mode with V10 and V12 firmwares from the Support Area. If problem will remain the same - try to reflash the phone with orignal firmware and flashing tool.
If neither of this won't help - most likely your devices have HW problem (problem with flash chip).

Phone's, which are not entering Emergency Mode can not be processed with Octoplus/Octopus LG Software.

it seems HW problem guys, i tried the kdz with flashtool too and then only 4%
