What can I do? Hang on LG logo after unlock! I have flash file, but no option for flash!!!

Please do the next:
1. Write "H340_358816060692859_14-08-2015_11-52-47.qcn" QCN backup back into the phone.
2. Restart the phone.
3. Wait 2-5 minutes, then try to find and select Network manually.
