H410 Write firmware question [Answered] - GSM-Forum

Hi all. I tryed to flashing lg wine h410 with latest official relatest octoplus lg tool, but when i opened the software and select model, all filds and buttons on main tab are unavailable, except read phone information. also, feel for selecting kdz file are unavailable. But when wiching to lg mtk tab, all functions are available, all buttons and feel for selecting firmware file. I tryedd, install test version of software from support section, and update card, but same problem. I have this problem on 2 computers, 1 with windows 7 starter 32 bit, and windows 10 pro 64 bit. Please help. P. S. i'm using software with screen readers for blind, maby have some problems with accesibility on this version of software? Again, thanks for anny help.

Yes, Write Firmware is currently not supported for this device model. Please wait, we will prepare test Software version for You and send You for test.

Hello. Thanks for reply. But problem is that customer waiting phone. Can you tel me when this software will be available?
