Hi

Trying to unlock a H650E, gone to read nvm, and its done 10/8192KB in 5 mins, any suggestions what's going on, this is gonna take days to unlock.

Hello.

Please, install the latest Software version then press Cable & Manual button and read Software manual carefully:

To connect the phone in Normal Mode, do one of the following:

Enable "USB Debugging" mode;
Type 277634#*#, go to "Port Check Test" (or "SVC Menu -> Port Check Test") and switch "Port Check Test" to "Enabled".

When entering code to enable port check, nothing happened.

Please, try this one: Type 277634#*# or *#546368#*650# or 3845*#650#, go to "Port Check Test" (or "SVC Menu -> Port Check Test") and switch "Port Check Test" to "Enabled".
