H850 not detected [Answered]


Hi,

LG H850 is not detected by the software.
what can i do ?

in this case, LG module detects phones in diag mode, to do so, follow the instructions below
Enable "USB Debugging" mode: type 277634#*# or *#546368#*840# or 3845*#840#, go to "Port Check Test" (or "SVC Menu -> Port Check Test") and switch "Port Check Test" to "Enabled".

I have tired it but it still not detect it.
EDL maybe ?
I can bring the device manually to EDL. so what option can i do with EDL on the SW?

EDL? No, you don't need so, unless your phone is bricked!! Which is not supported Via USB loader
Whats wrong with your phone? And what oepration you wanna conduct with LG soft?
Try to tick manual selection of ports, and select diag...
Open device manager and check whether the drivers are properly installed, if not install the following drivers, and try again..
