Hello.

In what condition your device is now? What is the IMEI and baseband status? Please, download and install test Software version from the Support Area (LG/TEST SOFTWARE/), then repeat Unlock operation again.

I already figured it out I just used the model H820 AT&T LG G5 to unlock and repair G6 work like a charm..just a long process for the unlock and imei
