Please, post here full Software log, we will check it, make sure that You perform these steps, before perform Repair IMEI operation: Enable "USB Debugging" mode; Type 277634#*# or *#546368#*900# for coresponding Android version 5.x or 6.x, go to "Port Check Test" (or "SVC Menu -> Port Check Test") and switch "Port Check Test" to "Enabled". |
