Hello.

Do the following:

1. Reboot the phone (press and hold "Vol-" + "Power" buttons for 20 seconds).
2. Connect the phone to PC motherboard USB port (don't use USB hubs, this is important).
3. Post here screenshot of Windows Device Manager window (ports section).

Good, now to repair your device do the following:

1. Select H930 in the list of Software.
2. Select backup file "H930_359923xxxxx_21-09-2018_11-10-57.oct" into the firmware slot in Software.
3. Press "Reset FRP lock"->"Reset FRP via TP (Qualcomm Mode)" button in Software and write backup file.

Post here the result.

Then repeat "Reset FRP" operation. Also post the result.
