Help with BL20 - GSM-Forum

Hi, I receveied 2 days ago an LG BL20 Chocolate with half screen yellow and half black and a small message saying "Side Touch Burning" and PC don't recognize it in normal mode, only in emergency mode. I have tried to flash it with different files from support and it flash ok but the problem persist.
Any ideas? Thanx in advance

Please try to make Repair security.

I repaired security as advised, I followed the instructions from software and did the unlock. But now this is what I get when connect the phone:
"Platform: LG Qualcomm
Selected port: COM125
Selected model: BL20
Port busy"
And phone is still the same. I'll try in another PC and post results.
