i try to flash c399 but give Error code: BE4

What is exact state of the phone? Why did You decide to re-flash it?

the phone is with user code

i formated with volcano box phone hang

after i bay octopus and flash it

the phone flashed with error the phone ok but not Writing in the menu and interface

BE4 errors during writing of #07FF and #017B blocks, means that this blocks were not written.
Please try to make "Repair EEPROM". If problem will remain - read out Full Flash of another, correctly working C399 phone and try to write it.

Also, this can be a HW problem (with phone's Flash chip).

i read flash from worked phone but i can't flash it ?

the full flash is .bin and the soft of octopus accepte .ful and i can not convert it

what i do please ?

You can choose extension of output Full Flash file during "Read Full Flash" operation (*.ful, or *.bin).
Please read out Full Flash in *.ful extension, then try to write it. Also, You can upload Flash Flash which You already have (with *.bin extension), post here download link and we will convert it into *.ful for You.

Unfortunately, if problem remains the same during attempt to write Full Flash from another, correctly working C399 phone, then, most likely, your device has HW problem.
