Arrow Help me OCTOPLUS TEAM about lg p925...


Hi to all...

I have a lg p925 handset, for this i just want to do network unlock, and there is android version 4.0.4...
when i connect this in lg octoplus tool like this error showing

Platform: LG Infineon
Connection mode: Modem
Selected model: P925
Initializing device...OK
Please, power phone ON, connect P990 cable (with 56k resistor), type
3845#*925#, go to "Port Setting", select "CP Reset" (or "CP Image
download") and click "OK"...Canceled!

i have done this procedure also team 3845#*925#, go to "Port Setting", select "CP Reset...

And when i press cp image dowload is not showing in my phone team...

kindly help me team..

Hello.

Please do the next:
1. Install the latest Software version (Software).
2. Power phone ON.
3. Connect the phone directly to PC motherboard USB port via special LG P990 cable with 56 kOhm resistor inside (don't use any USB hubs or PCI USB extension cards).
4. Type 3845#*925#, go to "Port Setting", select "CP Reset" (or "CP Image download") and click "OK".

Try to use different USB ports of PC motherboard for connection.

Sir i tried in other pc also still same issue, and i am connecting cable to direct hubs, and i am not using pci usb also, and i am using 56 kOhm resistor cable, you are telling i should select "CP Reset" or cp image download,
but in my phone only showing cp reset, and not showing cp image download...

kindly help me team...

You should select one of "CP Reset", "CP Image download" options, depending on which one is available, not both.

What devices appear in PC Device Manager after You connected the phone directly to PC via P990 cable (with 56kOm resistor) and have selected CP reset?

already i have selected cp reset sir, but its nt connecting...
in pc device manager like this showing

Try to use another LG P990 cable with 56 kOhm resistor inside, connect the phone directly to PC motherboard USB port.
