Please, install the latest Software version after run Software, select correct phone model, press Help button and read Software manual carefully: To connect the phone in Normal Mode, do one of the following: Enable "USB Debugging" mode; Type 277634#*#, go to "Port Check Test" (or "SVC Menu -> Port Check Test") and switch "Port Check Test" to "Enabled". |
