I have phone stuck in logo,i try to flash but soft stuck in Writing u-boot since time.
I have used this flash before and no problem.Can it be HW problem?

Hello.

Please, post here full software log, You can also try to reflash the phone with original flasher, if problem still remain, most likely it's HW problem.

HI this is the third phone that stopped at writing uboot.All can not be hardware problem.
Also can after being dead can it be flashed with original flasher?

Phone is tatally dead only taking omap driver.
It possile to flash with original flasher in this condition?

You can try to restore the phone with software which supports this phone via JTAG.
