Hello.

After which actions exactly this problem appeared? Is phone entering Emergency/Download Mode? (To enter Emergency mode, power phone OFF, press and hold "Vol+" button and connect USB cable.)

1. To resolve this problem You need to Repair Boot via Medusa Software or any other software.
2. After boot repair operation You need to reflash the phone with firmware from the Support Area.
