| how i can flash kf750 hang on logo hi when click read info in octopus says power on the phone when power on the phone hang on logo and the octopus cant show full info and how we will click write firmware to flashing mabe problem solve or we need to try flashing to solve |

| Hello. To write firmware for KF750 You should select firmware file, press "Write firmware" button and follow the software's log. Please use LG A2 cable. For correct working the battery must be fully charged! |

| ok brother i have full charging the batteri but when try to press power button to read info in octopus the box cant read any thing because the phone not full open its still stuck in logo how we can get it to begin flashing to show if it solve by flash or hardware problem thanks |

| You not need to read info, just re-flash the phone (select firmware file, press "Write firmware" button and follow the software's log). |
