How to install proper driver ?

dEAR SUPPORTER I GOT LG TAB v-410 FOR UNLOCK ,,,I have installed necessary driver ,,,but after that non of driver installing on my pc ,,here is screen shoot -;



Plz anybody can guide me where do am i mistaking ,,,awaiting for good reply ,,

For correct work with the phone You need to install the following drivers:
http://octopusbox.com/files/drivers/..._ver_3.8.1.rar


To connect the phone in Normal Mode, do the next: Go to "Settings -> PC connection -> USB connection type -> Select USB Connection method" and select "LG Software" ("PC Software").

Thanks alot sir,,let me see and install that driver ,,,if still will not be able ,,again contact you here ,,,because i will have to unlock this phone at any cost,,,
