| Have You checked which firmware version was in the phone before? Maybe, You have downgraded phone's firmware, so phone became "dead"... Yes, please make Repair phone's boot loaders using Jtag tool and then re-flash it again. Also then don't forget to make Repair NVM. |

| We have only firmware that is uploaded into the Support Area. If You have another original firmware, You can convert it using Firmware converter ("Firmware converter" button in Software). |

| ok, downloaded .kdz file, extracted into .bin file and converted to .oct file. will try to revive first using medusa and then try to upgrade again br, s1emens |
