how to pattern unlock lg su370

hello octopus team I have lg su370 which to many pattern and now cant login.is there any way to solve it.thnks in advanced

try to flash but stopped in the middle. and now the phone is dead

Have You checked which firmware version was in the phone before? Maybe, You have downgraded phone's firmware, so phone became "dead"...

Yes, please make Repair phone's boot loaders using Jtag tool and then re-flash it again. Also then don't forget to make Repair NVM.

just try to download from octopus/octoplus free support but there is only 1 version. is there any updated version?

If you phone doesn't go into Emergency Mode - You need to repair phone's boot loaders using Jtag tool.

We have only firmware that is uploaded into the Support Area. If You have another original firmware, You can convert it using Firmware converter ("Firmware converter" button in Software).

ok, downloaded .kdz file, extracted into .bin file and converted to .oct file. will try to revive first using medusa and then try to upgrade again
