Hello.

To connect the phone in Normal Mode, do the next: Go to "Settings -> PC connection -> USB connection type -> Select USB Connection method" and select "LG Software" ("PC Software").

Enable "Manual select" option in Software and try to Read phone's info again.

i have read the complete manual does not work always show this error Incompatible model ID different model select ms323 not work Octoplus Team now work ????
