Please install previous, 2.7.1 version of the Software, repeat "Unlock" operation from Download Mode and post here the result with Software log of the operation. You can download 2.7.1 version of the Software from the Support Area. To access Support Area, ftpress "Go to support" button on "Support & options" tab of the Software.
