Hello.

Try to make Factory data reset, Repair NVM and re-flash the phone. If this will not help - make "repair Security" and then "Repair IMEI" operation.

Don't forget to install the latest Software version (Software) and fully charge phone's battery before to perform any operation.

If the phone not connects in Normal Mode - put it into Emergency Mode manually and make Repair security and then Repair IMEI operation.
