i cant find pc connection in D855. i want to repair imei on it. i check i in setting. but clulden find option for pc connection. plz help me

Hello.

To connect LG D855 phone, please, do the next:
1. Disconnect all other devices from PC, re-boot the PC, re-start the phone.
2. Turn on USB Debugging Mode in the phone.
3. Go to "Settings->PC connection->Select USB connection method" and select "Charge phone" option.

After this steps install LG PC Suite, connect the phone to PC and check whether COM port appears.

its nowt showing port . thats problem. i am using window xp.but i did G2 on this computer. i never had problem

when i chooes only charging its show install pc program. and then i press ok. i dont see any other massage on it

and i do not see pc connection in setting. i counden find it.
