i cant flash using octopus lg D802 G2 firmware - GSM-Forum

hello im trying to flash my LG g2 using lg software in octoplus but i already download firmware on support 32gb
D80220D_00_32GB.oct
but all driver sucesfully instaled using manual cable help
but same not flashing mobile
all are nothing from 1 hour of looking the problem
i can enter on downloadmode
i try one appear critical on dis mode i always see downloadmode shows but how to flash?
phone cant boot on menu phone is hang tried recover factory nothing

and and many pop up in my monitor that need to format or internal memory pop up
