i got a lg gs 190 in dead condition i flashed it but same condition

As I see, You have written Full flash, not firmware

Try to re-flash the phone with firmwares from the Support Area. We have uploaded into the Support Area full flash file from our working device. Try to write this full flash also.

Also Try to write full flash file from our working device, that we have uploaded into the Support Area. If the problem is the same - most likely, this is HW problem.
