I installed :
LG USB Modem Driver WHQL ML Ver 4.9.4_All

LGUnitedModemDriver_WHQL_ML_Ver_4.9.7_All_Win7_LGE All
LG Android Driver WHQL

but not working... maybe need the pc suite for SU950/KU9500.
Does anyone have it? can u share for me, pls.

What cable do You use? You need to connect the powered on phone without SIM card.

it's the brand new phone and my customer has been upgrade the phone to the version 2.2 and the phone was not working anymore and the screen just display emergency mode.
I used the right cable for that phone and the pc still connect the phone as a usb device but i havent got any right driver to install for the phone. Can u get me the right driver to fix the phone plz?thanks!

The driver specified above, is that You need. Try to put the phone into emergency mode manually (disconnect the cable, reconnect the battery, press and hold "Function"+"Power ON" keys and connect the cable) and connect the phone again.
If this will not help, please contact us, we will try to help You remotely via Team Viewer. We have sent out contacts to your PM.

I have the same problem ... octopus team help me ... i want to unlock LG cyon SU950 ....where driver for SU950 ? I installed driver in support ,but not working... use usb cable LG KH4500
