Ok, we will upload firmware somewhere and give You the link. For which phone and which firmware do You need exactly? For KP500 or for P500?

Also, You can download firmwares from Boot-Loader: https://www.boot-loader.com/eng.

Write firmware with phone's boot loaders - check (select) "Write boot loaders" option in the Software, select firmware file, put the phone into Emergency/Download Mode manually (disconnect the cable, reconnect the battery, press and hold "Back"+"Vol+"+"Power ON" buttons and connect the cable.) and press the "Write Firmware" button.

Note: if it is not possible to write firmware or during firmware writing occures error, you need to disconnect phone's battery and put manualy phone into Emergency Mode, this is important!

Also note: make sure the phone's battery is fully charged. Disconnect all other devices from the computer (including phones, modems, etc.) and close all other running programs. To avoid errors in the flashing process, use a clean PC (without any installed drivers for other Qualcomm-based devices). You should not run any other programs or attach new devices to your computer during the flashing! Please, follow these simple precautions to avoid damaging your phone.
