IMEI fix error code [Answered] - GSM-Forum

I am restoring the IMEI on a LG V20 model num is ls995 and every time I do it whether I choose to back up the security at the end or not I am getting the error code WHU8CHON7C. I have never had an issue with this before and seen a couple posts where the octoplus team IM'd some sort of fix for this error. Can anyone help?
