How can we fix this device

Please, select your phone as K520k and try to perform Reset FRP operation. Then post here full Software log.

In the latest Software version 2.5.2 we have improved Reset FRP operation:

Please, download and install test Software version form the Support Area (LG/TEST SOFTWARE/) select your phone model K520TR and perform Reset FRP operation, post here full Software log.

Downgrading is not possible, V20 firmwares for this phone contain signatures and it is not possible to write lower firmware version without signature.

We have not tested on this device exactly, but in general, should work on devices, which based on Qualcomm CPUs. If You have eMMC pinout for this phone, try to connect the device. If connection will be successful, contact us and we will try to help with FRP removing.
