What cable do You use exactly? You need to use the special LG P999 cable with 910 kOhm resistor inside, not standart Micro USB cabel. Please read Software manual ("Cable & Options" button in the Software).

Try to perform "Repair IMEI" operation with enabled "Skip Read/Write QCN during the Repair IMEI/ Repair Network operations" and post here the result.
