i have d170 on blink only. and not entering in download mode in any way. and not detecting in emergency mode. please help me how to repair this phone?????

Hello.

Please reconnect phone's battery, then connect the phone directly to PC via P999 cable (with 910kOm resistor) and check what devices appear in PC device manager, and what appears on phone's screen.

What is current sate of the phone? Is it powering on? Is it entering Emergency/Download mode?

it is powering on with usb cable only when cable is unplugged phone powers off.

it only turns on with p999 cable, not with simple usb cable

If phone turns on only with P999, then your phone has problems with powering. This may be caused by damaged battery (try to use another battery) or by HW problem.
