Lg 2.5.1 error in interface - GSM-Forum

i WANTED TO FLASH AN LG P700 BUT SOFTWARE INTERFACE IS INCOMPLETE CAN T CLICK THE 3 POINTS TO CHOOSE FLASH FILE.
PLZ CHECK AND GIVE SOLUTION.
TO LET YOU KNOW THAT I WAS HAVING THIS ERROR IN OLD PREVIOUS VERSIONS BUT WAS SOLVED AFTER UPDATE.
BUT NOW ERROR IS BACK.

Hello.

Please, check your Monitor resolution and check your Screen resolution option in Windows try yo change it to another one, if problem still remain try to re-install drivers for graphic card.

there is no relation between resolution and this error.
simply because the previous version was working fine with the same settings.
i was having this same issue in older versions but it was solved by itself after some update.
in all cases i changed resolution but still the same problem.

Please, re-install Software, if problem still remain, check monitor resolution and screen resolution in Display settings, try to set up another resolution manually. Also read this from thread Octoplus Fix error

the fix you provided solved the problem.
the software was working just fien with 125% of magnifying option but not worked with latest update.
i have a 23inch screen and icons are small with 100% that s why i use 125%.
in all cases thanks for your help.

Hello.

If You still have problem with Software, download and install test Software version form the Support Area (LG/TEST SOFTWARE/) then check Software again.
