To avoid damaging your phone, please, follow these simple precautions:
Use a clean PC (without any installed drivers and software for
BlackBerry phones, modem Dashboard software, Phone PC suites
software).
Please, make sure the phone's battery is fully charged.
You should not run any other programs or attach new devices to your
computer during this operation!

both phones are from vodafone spain and new.just unlocked with out any problem,but both

just get signal with vodafone spain and make call,with other sim cards always red x and can not

register nor manually.both phones are legal.already flashed with files from support.what to do?

Hello.
This can be because there is branded firmware in your phones. Please try to re-flash your phones with firmware from the support area.
Also please write here what firmware version is in your phone now.

Solved,after reseted manually and reunlock.thanks & sorry for late feed back.
