Try to fully charge phone's battery, put the phone into Download/Emergency Mode manually and perform the Unlock operation again. Post here the result.

Can I change boot of this model? Flashing with the lowest version is safe? I did as you told. But it's not work. And as i got if matter with boot that solution meaningless... Whatever here is the log:

You can try to write another firmware and try to make Unlock again. Always exist small risk to damage phone's boot loaders via writing firmware, so, do this for your own risk.
