I was on H when i got the phone. I tried the FRP reset and the phone ended up being stuck in download mode.

I then found the H firmware and flashed it with that and restored the phone, but FRP was still locked.

I then downgraded to F and was successful. Once I did that I was able to use Octoplus FRP reset with no problems.
