Fully charge phone's battery, put the phone manually into Download/Emergency Mode and repeat the operation once again.

Reboot the PC, re-start the phone, put the phone manually into Download/Emergency Mode and repeat the operation once again. Then post here full Software log, not truncated.

Don't forget to fully charge phone's battery, this is important. Also connect the phone directly to PC motherboard USB port, don't use any USB hubs or PCI USB extention cards. Try to connect the phone to another PC mother board USB port, try on another PC.
