To connect the phone, You should install drivers (http://octopusbox.com/files/drivers/...3.10.1.exe.zip), put the device into Emergency/Download Mode manually (disconnect the cable, reconnect the battery, press and hold "Vol-" + "Vol+" + "Power ON" buttons and connect cable), select firmware file, connect the phone directly to PC motherboard USB port (don't use any USB hubs or PCI USB extention cards, this is important) and press "Write Firmware" button in the Software.
