Smile LG card updater card not valid [Solved]

Hello I purchased LG activation for my Octopus box and I am trying to activate it. I run LGUpdater.exe

Searching for server...
Trying connect to server support.octoplusbox.com:4000...
Server is online
Server greeting: "Card updates server v.2.2"
Testing connection...
OK
Checking validity...
OK
Checking your cards...
Searching installed cards...
Found card with s/n XXXXXXXX
The card is not valid card.
Found 0 cards.
Please, check if the cards are inserted and all software that are working with the cards are closed

The serial number the updater sees is missing a 1 at the beginning compared to what is on the box and what the Octopus Samsung software sees.

Hello.

Please do the next:
1.Disconnect all other boxes and card readers from your PC.
2. Install/re-install this driver.
3. Reboot the PC.
4. Reconnect Octopus Box.
5. Try to update card again.

That CCID driver is not compatible with my computer (8.1 64-bit)

I installed the FT2K

I have tried all the other steps and it won't work
