Please perform "Repair IMEI" operation according to steps described in phone's Software manual (press "Cable & manual" button in Software). Post here result and full Software log of the operation.

Please install the latest Software version and try to perform "Repair IMEI" operation with enabled "Skip Read/Write QCN during Repair IMEI operation" option. Post here result and full Software log of the operation.
