hi supporter and forum mates.. how to unlock account of LG D415 using octopus box LG software tool?

T-Mobile its shows on screen Account unlock.

Please, install the latest Software version make sure that You connect the phone directly to USB port of your PC, don't use USB HUBS

hi sir octopus , i dont use hubs im connecting it directly, i found something on device manager it has exclamation mark on MTP usb device is that an issue with driver.

already installed required driver downloaded at support area before.

please reinstall drivers, if problem still remain try to install it manually, connect the phone to another USB port.

Try to Reset screen lock again, but this time dont use the p990, just use the P999.
