Note: To connect the phone in Normal Mode, do the next: Go to "Settings -> PC connection -> USB connection type -> Select USB Connection method" and select "LG Software" ("PC Software").

Hello.

Please, enable USB Debugging mode ON in your phone, then connect phone via USB cable and select "Charge only" type of connection, then try to perform Read info operation, post here Software log.

To connect the phone in Normal Mode, do one of the following:

Enable "USB Debugging" mode;
Type 277634#*# or *#546368#*810# or 3845*#415#, go to "Port Check Test" (or "SVC Menu -> Port Check Test") and switch "Port Check Test" to "Enabled".
