Have You checked, whether phone was unlocked? Does the phone ask unlock code or doesn't accept SIM card?

Not Asking Unlocked Code ...... But

Write Security Backup ... Phone Was Back Original Positon ....

Please write Security Backup to return the phone to initial state, then repeat the Unlock operation again (PC connection, select "Always" not just Only) and post here full Software log.
