hi octupus team,
tired to unlock phone with octupus lg all ok but imei 0 and no signal tried to write security back up but fail.

Hello.

Please install the latest Software version (Software), fully charge phone's battery, disconnect all other devices from PC and repeat the "Unlock" operations again. Post here the result.

i have tried today again but same problem the software is not unlocking phone .and the imei is still 0

Write back into the phone the first Security backup "D505_358950050398845_19-01-2017_13-07-52.SEC" to return the phone to it's initial state and then repeat the Unlock operations again. Post here the result.
