Unfortunately, currently we have no another rooting Software/exploit for this device. You can try to downgrade phone's firmware for your own risk, root the phone, unlock it and then write the latest firmware.

Have You downgraded firmware? Write firmware from the Support Area and then root the phone by using the latest version of VRoot Software.
