Try to re-flash the phone and write QCN from the Support Area. Then insert SIM card, wait 5-7 minutes and try to find and select network manually.

All QCN files, which we have, are present in the Support Area (press "Go to Support" button at "Support & Options" tab in the Software) in the folder "LG/QCN/".
