Lg d631 [Solved] - GSM-Forum

Trying to unlock LG D631. Downloaded newest version of Octopus LG software (1.7.3) which supports D631

Cannot even "Read Info" on phone

Developer mode enabled
USB Debugging enabled

To connect the phone in Normal Mode, do the next: Go to "Settings -> PC connection -> USB connection type -> Select USB Connection method" and select "LG Software" ("PC Software").

FYI, that menu tree is not in this phone...

But, good news. I restarted the PC, and now it's able to connect. Before, only COM11 was available, could not select any other ports. After restart, COM 11, 20, and 19 are all available. Phone connected on COM 19.

It won't let me post the log, not sure why. Says I have to have at least 10 posts to post links, although I'm not trying to post a link, just a log.

Anyway, unlock complete!!!
